When can I start using my passes?

The day you purchase them!

Do I need a reservation to play if I have bulk pass?

Reservations are highly recommended for everyone to help us maintain a safe and enjoyable capacity, especially during our busiest play times. Members are always welcome to walk in, and we'll happily admit you if space is available.. 

How do I redeem my membership?

  1. Reserve your Open Play date and time.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Log in using the same email address you used to purchase your membership

  4. Under Payment for Play Session, select Monthly Membership

  5. Your Open Play admission will automatically be discounted to $0.

Can other caregivers bring my child(ren) to Little Leaf under our family's memberships

Yes! Memberships are connected to the child, thus any adult (nannies, grandparents, other caregivers) can accompany them to a play session.

How do I cancel my membership?

Recurring Monthly Memberships can be canceled anytime by logging into your online account or by Little Leaf by phone, email, or in person at least 24 hours before your auto renewal date.

Bulk Passes are prepaid, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled. They can be gifted or transferred to a different person by request
