    Balloons To-Go FAQs

    1) How far in advance do I need or order balloons?

    We ask that orders are made 3-5 days in advance. If you need a quick turn around email us at balloons@littleleafplaystudio.com. A rush fee may apply and processing is subject to availability and current supply stock.

    2) What should I bring with me to pick up my balloon order? 

    You will recieve an email notification that your order is ready for pick up. We do our best to have it ready by your desired pick up date noted on your order form. Please come in a vehicle large enough to transport your balloons. We also suggest a clean car so your balloons stay beautiful all the way to thier final destination. 

    3) How long will the balloons last? 

    We use high quality latex balloons. They should last 2+ weeks when kept out of direct sunlight, indoors and in a cool area. 

    4) Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before pick up time.  A credit will be put on your account ot use at a future date. The credit never expires.  Balloon orders are non refundable but can be transfered to another date/person as long as the transfer is emailed to us at least 48 hours before scheduled pick up date -- balloons@littleleafplaystudio.com
