Team Member
The best candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications:

18 years of age or older
-
3+ years experience in customer service

Afternoon & Weekend availability
-
Cheerful, bubbly and works well in a fast paced environment

The role of a Team Member includes but is not limited to:
- Light Administrative Work: scheduling, answering and making phone calls,
- Exceptional Customer Service: greeting guests, checking them in
- Barista : Fulfilling café drink & snack orders
- Monitoring the play area for incidents, rough play or customer needs
- Cleaning: cleaning the play studio including between play sessions
- Special Events: the above listed responsibilities during birthday parties & studio events
Play Studio Attendant
The best candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications:

18 years of age or older

2+ years experience in customer service

Afternoon & Weekend availability

Cheerful, bubbly, nurturing and works well in a fast paced environment

The role of a Team Member includes but is not limited to:
- Keeping the play studio tidy during play time & events
- Monitoring the play area for incidents, rough play or customer needs
- Cleaning: cleaning the play studio including between play sessions
- Engage & play with children in a fun, upbeat way
-Lead games, story time & crafts
